The emptiness of the world's pursuit of success is clear. The needs and heartaches of a society of people without Christ are great. There is a lack of spiritual passion, pursuit of excellence, eternal perspective, and vision of greatness in young people of today. Youth are bombarded with the lies of the world. Even for those young people who are willing to stand against the crowd, to break the mold, to respond to the great needs surrounding them, it is very difficult. The desperate need for dedicated, trained, disciplined young women of God has become evident.



Realizing the calling and potential for godly young women of our day, such as yourself, to have a powerful walk with Christ and a vibrant influence on the world around us, Pillars Institute was started in the spring of 2004 to assist you in developing a passion for God as reach for excellence in ministry preparation and spiritual training. Our fervent desire is that, during the year of your Pillars Institute experience as a Pillars Lady, you may be encouraged and strengthened as you develop a heart after God.

We stand fully persuaded that God is able to do great things through the lives of individuals who willingly follow after Him and allow Him to mold them into His image. And so, it is with great zeal and anticipation for what God will do, that we continue to pursue this vision of assisting young women in becoming more usable vessels in God's hands.

Those content with mediocrity need not apply. Those desiring only the convenient side of the teachings of Christ need not apply. However, if you are willing to pursue the highest ground in your relationship with the Lord, genuinely desire to experience the Lord's work in your life, run the race for the calling of Jesus Christ, be encouraged by other young ladies from across the country, and gain a vision for your role as an ambassador of God, Pillars Institute may be for you.

We look forward to a wonderful year with you of growing in a firmer relationship with Christ, a more in-depth ministry mindset, and an understanding of the culture in which we live, so that we may be more equipped to be worldchangers in the hand of God.
